Who can use Flowmynt
Flowmynt is a business tool. By using it you confirm that you are at least 18, that you act for a business, and that you have the authority to accept these terms for it.
The person who creates a workspace is its owner. The owner is responsible for the team members they invite and for what happens in the workspace, and can remove members at any time.
The service
Flowmynt provides a workspace that researches companies, prepares outreach and keeps follow-up context. During early access the service can change, pause or be withdrawn, and we will tell you when it does.
We prepare; you decide. Flowmynt does not send, promise, price or publish anything on your behalf without your approval. Automatic sending exists only after you have earned and switched it on, and it stops the moment a recipient replies or opts out.
Drafts, classifications and research are produced with AI models and rules and can be wrong. You review them before you rely on them, and you remain responsible for what you send.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the messages you approve and send, including having a lawful basis to contact each recipient, identifying yourself truthfully, and honouring opt-outs, which Flowmynt records and enforces for you.
You comply with the laws that apply to your outreach, such as the GDPR and PECR in Europe, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and the laws of the countries you write to.
You keep your sign-in details safe and tell us at once if you believe they were used by someone else.
You do not use the workspace for unlawful, deceptive or bulk unsolicited messaging, do not upload data you have no right to use, and do not attempt to access other workspaces or interfere with the service.
Connected services
When you connect Google, HubSpot or another service, you authorise Flowmynt to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant, and you accept that service's own terms. You can disconnect at any time.
Our use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as set out on our Privacy page.
Your data and our service
You own the data in your workspace. You grant us only the rights needed to run the service for you, and those rights end when the data is deleted.
Flowmynt, its software, designs and content belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only as part of the service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement.
Fees
Early access is agreed individually. Any fee is agreed in writing before it is charged, and provider costs such as email delivery, search and AI models are separate and explained beforehand.
Fees are stated without taxes. Where taxes apply, they are added at the rate the law sets.
Ending
You can stop using Flowmynt at any time and ask us to delete your workspace.
We can end early access with 30 days' notice, and immediately if these terms are broken in a way that harms others or the service.
When the agreement ends, you can export your data for 30 days, after which we delete it as described on the Privacy page.
Warranties and liability
Early access is provided as is and as available. We do not promise particular results, such as replies, meetings or customers.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
You will compensate us for third-party claims that arise from messages you sent or data you uploaded in breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute about them or about the service, are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, we each agree to raise it in writing and to try in good faith to resolve it within 30 days before taking any other step.
After that, the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any protection that the mandatory law of the place where you are established gives you.
If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest continues to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it. This page and the Privacy page are the whole agreement between us for early access.
Changes and contact
When these terms change in a way that matters, we email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect and update the version and date at the top. Continued use after that date is acceptance.
Notices to us go through the contact page. Notices to you go to your account email address.
