Acceptable Use Policy

1. Lawful and licensed use

You may use the Software and Services only for lawful business purposes, in markets where you hold every licence, registration and Provider agreement required, and only for the journeys and Providers described in your Order. You must keep those licences and agreements in force for as long as you use the Software.

2. Prohibited activities

You must not use, or allow anyone to use, the Software, the Services or any connected channel to:

• Carry on a regulated activity without the required licence, or hold yourself out as a bank, payment institution, remittance provider or Flowmynt.
• Launder money, finance terrorism, evade sanctions or taxes, or process transactions for persons, countries or activities subject to sanctions.
• Process payments for illegal goods or services, counterfeit goods, unlicensed gambling, unregistered securities, fraudulent schemes, or any activity your Providers prohibit.
• Send messages that are unsolicited, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory or that breach the WhatsApp Business Terms, the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, template rules, opt-in requirements or applicable telemarketing and messaging laws.
• Collect card details, PINs, one-time codes or other authentication secrets inside a chat or anywhere other than the Provider-hosted pages built into the journey.
• Misrepresent the sender, the payee, the amount or the status of any payment to a customer.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person.
• Upload or transmit malware, or interfere with the integrity, security or performance of the Software, the Website, Providers or other clients.
• Access accounts, systems or data without authorisation, or exceed the access you have been granted.
• Scrape, crawl or harvest the Website or the Software beyond ordinary browsing and search-engine indexing.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, sublicense or share the Software except as the Terms of Service allow.
• Use the Software to build, train or benchmark a competing product.
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls or fees.

3. Security testing

Do not run penetration tests, vulnerability scans or load tests against Flowmynt-operated systems without written agreement on scope and timing. Report suspected vulnerabilities to sanjay@flowmynt.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix them before disclosure. We will not take legal action against good-faith research that follows these rules.

4. Your customers

You are responsible for the conduct of your customers and users of your white-label experience. You must have terms with them that are consistent with this Policy and must suspend users who breach it.

5. Enforcement

Flowmynt may investigate suspected breaches, may suspend or restrict access to hosted components, and may terminate the Order under the Terms of Service. Where the law requires, we may report activity to Providers, regulators or law enforcement. You remain responsible for all consequences of a breach, including under the indemnities in the Terms of Service.

6. Changes

We may update this Policy in the same way as the Terms of Service. The current version applies to all use after its effective date.
