In short
Flowmynt turns a fintech's WhatsApp Business number into a payment channel with nothing for customers to install. They send money to beneficiaries, pay bills, settle invoices and top up wallets in a few secure steps, each authorized by the fintech's own payment provider. Setup costs US$2,999 one-time plus US$999 monthly maintenance, taxes extra.
For every seat at the table
One integration, read six ways. Each card is a fact about how the channel works, not a projection.
Launch one payment journey in the app customers open every day, then add the next. No app store, no new provider, no new ledger.
One-time setup plus a flat monthly fee. Your provider keeps authorizing and settling under the agreements you already have.
Requests, receipts and provider status land in the chat and in your system. No internal project team to stand up; Flowmynt runs the build and the maintenance.
A verified business number, your brand and reminders in the same thread. No download step to lose people on.
Connects to your existing platform and provider APIs. If you would rather not allocate engineers, Flowmynt builds inside your codebase, environments and delivery pipelines, then maintains it.
Customers authorize on your provider's hosted page. We agree identity checks, access controls, data handling and audit requirements with your team before launch.
How it works
Four things are always true. No app. Your brand. Your provider says yes. One record, everyone in sync.
Customers start in the WhatsApp they already use. Your existing identity and payment checks still apply.
It starts from the business number they already know, in your tone, with your support behind it.
Every payment is authorized on your provider's secure page. Same agreements, same settlement, no surprises.
Status flows back to the chat and to your system. Support, finance and ops see the same payment.
WhatsApp payment journeys
Every journey follows one pattern: a request card, secure authorization with your provider, and a confirmation that updates your records. Standard setup connects one agreed journey; add the others when you are ready.
Wallet top-up. Request...
Every journey starts in the chat and is authorized by your payment provider. Whether the final step happens inside WhatsApp or on your provider's secure page depends on your market, your provider and your account eligibility. We confirm the right route with you during setup, before anything goes live.
Why WhatsApp
WhatsApp is the app your customers open every day. Moving requests, authorization and receipts into that thread removes the steps where payments usually stall.
No app to install, no new login and no redirect maze. The customer taps a request card and authorizes with your provider.
Send a payment request when an invoice is issued or an instalment falls due. Reminders land in the same thread, where customers already reply.
A verified business number, a familiar app and authorization on your provider's secure page. Customers never type card details into a chat.
Provider status returns to your system in real time. No screenshot receipts, no spreadsheet reconciliation, one record for support and finance.
No provider switch
Customers keep the WhatsApp they already have. You keep the provider and the records your team already maintains. Flowmynt connects the conversation to both.
Scope
One connection, priced clearly. Setup covers the build. Maintenance keeps it working as your provider and WhatsApp evolve.
Prefer it built inside your own stack? Flowmynt works in your codebase, environments and pipelines under your access controls. No engineering team allocation on your side.

FAQ
Fintechs that already have a payment provider and a customer record system: wallets, lenders, remittance apps, neobanks and billing platforms. Flowmynt connects one agreed journey, such as sending money to a beneficiary or topping up a wallet, to that system. Fit is confirmed in the review before any work starts.
No app, no download and no new login. Customers use the WhatsApp they already have, on any phone. The journey starts with a message to your business number, and the payment is authorized on your provider's secure page, with nothing required beyond what your provider already asks for.
Four, each a single tap or message: verify identity, review the request, authorize on your provider's secure page, and receive the receipt. The exact sequence is agreed with your team during setup and tested before launch. Any authentication your provider requires happens inside its authorization step.
Sending money to a saved beneficiary is one of the supported journeys. The customer verifies their identity, picks the recipient, confirms the amount and fee, then authorizes with your provider. Your platform creates the transfer, and the receipt and status return to the chat. Destinations and payout methods follow your provider and licences.
Five journeys are supported: send money to beneficiaries, wallet top-up, bill payment, invoice payment and instalment payment. Each follows the same pattern of request, authorization and confirmation. Standard setup connects one agreed journey; the others are added as separate, quoted work once the first is live.
Requests can be triggered from your system, for example when an invoice is issued or an instalment falls due, and reminders can follow in the same thread. Scheduled and bulk messages depend on WhatsApp Business messaging rules and approved templates, which we confirm for your account during the review.
The WhatsApp channel is an additional way to start a payment, not a replacement. Your app, website and back office keep using the same customer records and the same provider. Every status update lands in the conversation and in your system, so support and finance see one picture.
Everything that touches the money. Your provider authorizes, processes and settles under your existing agreements, and card details are entered on its hosted page. Flowmynt supplies the software that starts the request in chat, returns the provider's status and updates your records.
Your engineering team stays on its roadmap. Flowmynt builds and maintains the integration and, if you prefer, works inside your codebase, environments and delivery pipelines under your access controls. Your side provides approvals, provider access and a test environment. Timelines are agreed after the review.
We review provider authentication, access controls, data handling and audit requirements with your team. PSD2 SCA, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS and GDPR are review areas, not claims that Flowmynt holds certifications. Your provider authorizes and processes payments; applicable requirements and responsibilities are agreed before launch.
The form opens WhatsApp with your details filled in as a message to the founder. You press send, and Sanjay replies in that chat with a view on fit, scope and timing. A Send by email option is also offered. Nothing is stored or submitted by this website.
AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, and Instagram direct messages, are planned extensions of the WhatsApp integration, shown on this page as in the pipeline. The pattern stays the same: a request, authorization on your provider's secure page, and a confirmation to your records. Availability depends on each platform's payment programmes.

Ready when you are.
In the pipeline
The same four secure steps, inside the AI assistants your customers already talk to and on Instagram. Ask Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity to pay a bill, or tap a payment request on Instagram. Your provider still authorizes. Your records still update.
Planned features, not yet available. Availability depends on each assistant's and platform's app and payment programmes. Names and logos identify the products only; no partnership or listing is claimed. Early-access fintechs hear first.
