Which Flowmynt service should our business choose?

Choose the Flowmynt platform if you need a branded customer app and operating platform. Choose WhatsApp payments to connect a payment journey to your existing system and provider. Choose managed engineering if you want the Flowmynt team to build and maintain software inside your own codebase, environments and delivery pipelines.

Do we need to purchase all three Flowmynt services?

No. Each service is priced and scoped separately. WhatsApp payments can connect to an existing Flowmynt deployment or another compatible business system. Managed engineering is an option for businesses that want our team to do the agreed build and maintenance work. We confirm any combined scope before starting.

Does the US$25 hourly rate apply to every service?

No. US$25.00/hour applies only to new tasks and change requests for the Flowmynt platform, with scope agreed before work begins. Platform maintenance is US$699/month. WhatsApp and managed engineering follow their own agreed scopes; additional work is quoted separately. Taxes are extra.

What starts the platform’s seven-day launch window?

The seven-day window applies to the standard Flowmynt platform configuration once your operating licence checks, branding and required provider access are ready. Custom development, provider approvals and external app-store reviews can require additional time. WhatsApp integration and managed engineering receive their own agreed delivery timelines.

What does managed engineering mean for our internal team?

If you would rather not allocate engineers, Flowmynt builds inside your codebase, environments and delivery pipelines, then maintains it. The US$15,999 monthly service covers the delivery and maintenance scope agreed with your team. We confirm the backlog, access, release responsibilities and support needs before starting. Taxes and applicable external charges are extra.

Is ownership of the Flowmynt source code included in the platform price?

No. The standard platform fee buys a software licence. Ownership of the Flowmynt platform source code is a separate option quoted by Sanjay, including rights, deployment and handover terms. It is separate from the managed engineering service that works inside an existing client codebase.

What should we share for an engineering scope review?

Share your company website, current technology stack, codebase, environments and delivery pipelines, along with your features, fixes and maintenance priorities. Choose Discuss engineering with Sanjay to prepare an email to the founder, then send it from your email application.
